Stunning hotel, terrible service.

The hotel is beautifully designed, which is very important to me when I travel. Sadly, the service does not match. There is no doorman and nobody to grab your luggage upon arrival. The mini-fridge in our suite was warm, not cold. The water in one of our sinks had a tiny little stream of water. We walked into Salon Salon one evening and were treated like we walked in off the street - if you call this an amenity, hotel guests should get priority. And, in an empty Breakfast room, the service was terribly lacking. I want them to get it right because it's so beautiful, but they have a lot of work to do in the Opertions department.

Work Conference

I am originally from NOLA and just love the city, and I never get to stay at hotels as I want to be with family when I visit. I had a work conference at the Four Seasons, and I think that this hotel was better. It has character, but it still clean and just a great vibe. I don't know if I will stay anywhere else (as long as it is still in budget) if I have another work trip to NOLA.

I felt all the southern hospitality you see in the movies!!! I felt like a princess in my own dream. Every person I came in contact with was warm and friendly. Listen, I am not talking about the robot friendly just to get a tip I mean real hospitality. I was sitting in the room eating my fresh baked cookie planning my next visit. Super! Amazing! Memorable & excellent visit

We had a wonderful stay at MM the late night security guard & the guys who help at the door were all super helpful, friendly & are good listeners. I appreciate that if I requested to do something myself they allowed me to do stuff at my pace. This detail is probably the best service they could offer because I enjoy taking my time packing/ unpacking. So thank you! Also the drip coffee was on point hotel breakfast was excellent!
