I liked the walking distance to Bourbon St. Our first room was very dirty and we had to change rooms. The second room had hair on the bathroom walls and in the bed. The cleanliness was very disappointing!! The elevator was rattling and surety. The pools were also dirty. The pictures presented online didn’t show the actual building and condition.

The atmosphere of the hotel was decent but the cleanliness failed. The floors and bathroom were filthy. We had to lay a sheet over the couch due to stains on the cushion. I was disappointed when I found out that the morning I decided to have breakfast there, there was no breakfast. They said it was a muffin problem? The staff were very nice and helpful though.

Excellent location with a suite that included separate bedrooms, a living room, and microwave/fridge - clean, neat, a table with chairs outside the door so you could sit and enjoy the view

Great location and great price. Continental breakfast was good.

Great location. However the staff repeatedly lost our reservation, tried to give our room away (their words), said they didn't have records of additional names for our friends to check in before us, and one of two front desk staffers were rude overall. We had to ask many times for more towels (2 were given for 4 people)

This hotel was our base for a 9-day visit to New Orleans. Located at the border of the French Quarter, and on a tram line, it afforded convenient access, but in a safe, quiet location, as a reasonable rate. We stayed in a suite consisting of a bedroom, full bath, living room, and small kitchen, comfortably furnished and adequately equipped for our short stay.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at French Quarter Suites. An independent older hotel joined with similar next door (New Orleans Courtyard hotel). We arrived about 3 hours before check in time and the room wasn't quite ready. Patrick was at the desk. He set us up with beers by the pool and and the room was ready in about 15 minutes. It is an older place, but that's where the character comes in right? The pools are small but nice. Light breakfast is available every morning, and the staff was helpful and friendly at every turn. We had a 2 bedroom suite for 3 nights and the cost was very very reasonable. AND it is right on one of the streetcar lines. I would totally stay here again and/or recommend to my friends.

Decent hotel. Not the most modern or plush but comfortable.

For the price, the hotel was great. It was clean and the staff was helpful and polite. The breakfast every morning was also great

Our stay was great! We stayed for two nights in November. The breakfast was an added bonus and best of all, the staff couldn't have been more accommodating.
