Our stay was good. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only problem we had was the internet goes in and out. Our refrigerator was leaking I had to keep whipping the inside because of the water and the Maintenance man said he was coming back and he never returned. also the worst thing was trying to leave. Every time we was trying to get out the gate in the car the gate wouldn’t open. I had to keep backing up and going forward at least for ten minutes each time we needed to leave out.

I loved everything about my stay at The French Quarter Suites Hotel. I came into town for the Feast of All Saints/ Dia de Los Muertos. I called from the airport before I came to the FQSH because I got to town hours earlier than check-in. The staff graciously allowed me to leave my luggage in the hotel locker. The check-in was smooth and uneventful. The location was perfect for everything I wanted to do. Everywhere I wanted to go was a walk, a streetcar ride, or a ferry ride away. The space was perfect for me. Clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony gave classic New Orleans imagery. I was fortunate enough to watch a Second Line on Rampart St. on its way to Louis Armstrong Park/ Congo Square from the balcony! The staff was kind, patient, and very professional. I come to town often, at least once a season. I hope to stay at The FQSH again.

Gorgeous place! We had an excellent stay at this hotel, walking distance from main attractions in French Quarter. We got a king size room with a private courtyard, the room had a lot character (red brick wall, old fireplace, high ceilings, antique furniture). There was no room cleaning included, but extra towels were available in the lobby. But for a couple of days, who really need to have their room refreshed? If so, it was very cheap to request it. The trams cars and hop on hop off stops were in front of the hotel. Very good choice, we will stay there again the next time.

We booked the two bedroom suite with four in our travel party and had plenty of room. The kitchenet was nice providing us with a second sink to use. The beds were clean and comfortable. The hotel location on the northern border of the French Quarter and the on-site parking were convenient. Be sure to reserve your parking space directly with the hotel.

The room was perfect - absolutely spotless. We were able to walk to most locations. The Hop On Hop Off bus pick up was right out front. Great secure parking in the back. The ladies that worked there were super friendly and helpful. 100% recommend.

We stayed here because it was close to the Quarter and a little cheaper than staying in the Quarter. But will never again to save a couple bucks. Walking in, immediately the lobby had a strong awful odor. The checkin process was way too much but the worst part was the room. The room doors lead outside btw. Not a bad thing but I think it’s important as I didn’t know. In the room, the fridge was leaking, trash can was broke, light was broke and to make it the worst experience, we pulled back the sheets and there was used tissue under the sheet. Also, WiFi was awful. Could barely use it on my phone or the TV. No one was there at checkout so we just had to leave our keys and pray they don’t charge us for late checkout.

Spaciousness galore especially for New Orleans. Great location for a great price. The ladies here were all spectacular! Would definitely stay here again. Loved the gated parking behind the building it felt very secure.
