This is a very old hotel. I think people live in this hotel. The first room I was offered had a strong smell of cigarettes. I asked to change rooms and I was given another room that smelled better but that was as old as the first one. The carpet was in a very bad condition. I should also add that my family and I did not feel safe staying at this place. Finally, this hotel is way overpriced for what it has to offer.
This was our first and last time booking this LaQuinta.The sink was leaking and the mattress had a significant dip in it. The hotel should be classified as a motel.

The pool hours were great and the breakfast was absolutely delicious and I loved the pine trees around the hotel I highly recommended this hotel to all my family and friends

A tired old Al Quinta. About as expected for the price. Poor bedding, slight smell in the rooms. Acceptable as a low priced place to crash overnight.
Breakfast stopped serving at 9am on a Saturday. Building was extremely outdated. 3 outlets didn’t work in our room. 1 of the elevators was not working. Window was cracked and didn’t latch properly.
There was semen on the bedding, thw room smelled bad, the commode was co sta tly running and the overall appearance of the facility was very dirty.
Nothing special. Good place to just sleep on a business trip. No amenities and somewhat outdated rooms. The staff was very nice and helpful. They were more courteous than some of the five star hotels I have visited.
It is a little dated but the room was clean, quiet, comfortable, and large. For the price we paid I would say it is above average.

Great location..French Quarter just down the way. As well as the lake....Not ro forget Denny's..open 24 hours ..located in the parking lot.
