Check-out time is any time before 10 am. Guests are welcome to request an early check-in or late checkout, but this is not guaranteed and we can only confirm 24 hours in advance. • Gatherings of more than 4 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. • State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. • City residents are required to book a minimum of a 3-night stay. • A high chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request House rules • House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged $500 fine. • The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction. Violators will be charged $200 - $500 fine. • NO SMOKING in unit. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. • Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. • Any exceptions to the rules and regulations, as written here, must be approved in writing in advance.
