Room was not cleaned in daily routine. The hallway never vacuumed. For all my 4 nights ventilator in the hallway next to my room was running day and night. The noise was very loud. Even though I told front desk person that the noise is very bad nobody responded. The nice thing was warm cookies in checking in to the hotel .

The hotel was a very nice hotel friendly staff! However, the heat was not working. My husband and I were cold. We turned the heat up to 85 (highest) and was still cold.

Very disappointing stay at the DoubleTree in New Orleans. The room lighting was extremely poor, making it difficult to see, and the toilet did not work properly—even after calling maintenance, the issue was never resolved. The most unacceptable part of our stay happened in the middle of the night when my small child became sick and threw up. We contacted the hotel for extra linens and were given one dry sheet and one wet sheet, which is completely inappropriate. To make matters worse, we received a call at 1:00 a.m. stating that there were no blankets available, leaving us without proper bedding to sleep with. For a hotel of this brand and price, this level of service and lack of concern for guest comfort—especially for families—is unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here.

Toilet didn’t work. After a couple of visits to the front desk telling them about the problem, someone finally came to ‘fix’ it. About an hour after they left, I went into the bathroom and got wet feet…the toilet was leaking. Threw the bath towels on the floor, got my bags packed up, went down to the front desk and requested a different room. It was a smaller room, but at least the toilet worked. Not an experience I expect from a Hilton property.

Coffee at pjs was horrible. Bathroom was not clean at all. Little specks of hair splashed on the wall outlet. Kind of disgusting. Room was outdated as well.
