I called and ask Doubletree on Canal Street if they had an airport shuttle and was told they did not have one. I also asked if they had a shuttle to the dock, which is .7 miles from the hotel. Again, they said they did not.

Unfortunately wasn’t really pleased with my stay. Housekeeping didn’t come until end of the day on my second day of staying. I texted the number for toilet paper because we were not given a full roll and they didn’t and up bringing it until evening time after I requested it in the morning. Then she only made one bed instead of both. Then on day of departure one of your employees banged on our door at 9 am asking us when we were going to check out when check out is at 11. I find it ridiculous that we were woke up on our vacation so abruptly hours before designated check out time.
