Sarah was the absolute best. I met her a few months ago & we chatted about my stay. I told her I needed to stay because my father was battling Alzheimer Dementia. She offered such kind words & had such a genuine spirit. So as things progressed with dad, I had no other thoughts than to go back to Candlewood & Sarah. When I made my final hotel stay to prepare for daddy's celebration of life, she immediately knew who I was. When I entered the property, she knew me by face & again was her kind self. The hotel is neat, clean & just what i needed. Thank you Sarah for everything.

I can’t connect to the internet and staff could care less. I have work I have to do so this is not good. When I go to the lobby it works… no explanation???My toilet was stopped up when I first arrived in the room. I went downstairs to report it and staff called the maintenance man whom apparently got an attitude and I guess didn’t want to fix it so she gave me a plunger. I just fixed it myself. I won’t come back here.
