The hotel staff was very polite and accommodating. The room was very clean, however; we were not able to get maid service because they were short staffed. But we were able to go downstairs and get clean towels as we needed them. Overall, it was a good experience! The hotel room was absolutely beautiful!

Dirty hotel with terrible policies and management. Weak showers, hair on bathroom floor, smoke smell in room. They do not have housekeeping unless you request it the day of. You cannot request the day before, absolutely ridiculous. The clerk blamed it on ICE raids in a political way. Needless to say won’t be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Bienville House! The hotel was beautiful and decorated for Christmas! It was so close to everything in the French Quarter, we walked everywhere! The bed was comfortable and the view from the balcony was perfect! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurant. Lattitude 29 was delicious and had great service! We will definitely be staying here again
