The pool is falling apart and can’t be used and they don’t tell you that until you arrive. The ceiling in the room with the pool has fallen in and has huge holes in it. The rooms are dirty and freezing. The chair had stuffing coming out and huge visible holes. The bathroom was gross and had stains on the counter that I washed off. There’s small holes all over the wall like when they moved furniture it hit the walls. The staff is nowhere to be found. They care so much about you sneaking a dog in that they don’t care about much else. For breakfast it was yesterday’s gravy in a crock pot, some yogurt, cold coffee, cold sausages, the bagels were wet and one had mold on it. The hallway ceiling has obvious water damage and hangs down. Just disappointing for the 140$ spent. What a waste.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was nothing to brag about. Also the pool and hot tub are both out of order at the time which was disappointing bc it was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. They do have a jacuzzi room, which was what we booked thankfully and that was nice and worked properly.

You know Expedia I know you’re third-party, but you should at least have an update right away like when people are placing reservations to tell people rather not the hot tub or the pools or condition I made arrangements to hang out with my son that weekend and who are surprise and dismay. Melanie was the rooms it’s just satisfactory, but the overall general of my stainless forfeited trying to get away from the cold to enjoy some pool time with my kid. This is the second time I went to the other hotel that you guys recommended in that hotel smelled like cigarettes and it was supposed to be a clean room may consider just booking myself from now on

The room seemed clean but had a smell nome of us enjoyed. The tile was missing from the counter top in the bathroom. And the pool and spa were down for maintenance. They did let us drive next door to the quality inn and swim but the hot tub was dirty and had grime on the walls and i saw green, what i assume was fungi, in the bubbles of the hot tub. The breakfast was not very good i know its free but conpared to other free breakfasts there was less options and the quality just wasnt as good. They did allow a free late check out time at 1 pm which was convenient but i wouldnt recommend.

The ceiling was damaged and leaking, so no pool. Water damage on the ceiling of our room and the jetted tub looked dirty. The place could really use some maintenance.

It was a great room. Very clean. The carpet in the hallway had a crack in it where two different kinds of carpet met. It stated there was a pool and hot tub on Expedia i did not see where they were not working. I was a little disappointed.
