Very clean facility and super friendly staff! The beds were comfortable but it was rather difficult to sleep as we could hear other guests and barking dogs all night.

Nice location and with nice amenities. Staff was friendly. Some updates need it specially in the bathroom. A/C hard to sleep if you suffer of asthma like me. Is a central control.

Nice location. Quiet. We were the only guests but it was a Tuesday. Nice having the whole place to ourselves. Lots to do close by. Would definitely come back.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The area surrounding the hotel was relaxing, serene and quiet. The rooms were very neat and clean. The only issue we had on the two nights we stayed was some noise (loud talking in hallway) and doors slamming loudly and echoing in the hallway. There was posted signs in the hallway and other locations to note quiet time from 10pm to 8am and that is when most of the noise occurred. It made it difficult to finally be able to sleep until nearly midnight on both nights. The walls did little to buffer the noise issue.

We had a nice and peaceful and quiet day at the water hole at The Lodge of Cypress Falls during the week. The hamburger we ate at the place that is down by the water was so good!! We had so much fun with the canoe we rented there. The people at the front desk made us feel like we were at home. We will go back real soon to have a great time again.

Keep up the great work! I plan on doing it again in the future.

This was a cool experience. Staff is very nice and accommodating. The creek is fun to swim in , you receive wristbands to allow you swim access at the Cypress Creek Swimming Hole. Hotel room was clean, had everything that you needed, however the bathroom water wasn't very hot and I was looking forward to a hot shower after driving 4 hours to get there. Other than that we loved it. I would recommend it to other people.

Pros: The hotel looks like a 1970s summer camp, which I found to be charming because the property was clean and in good repair. The fixtures and furnishings were vintage-looking and cool! I loved the rock feature wall in the room and the pool looked really nice too. In addition, the clerks were super helpful, and my boyfriend and I really enjoyed taking a walk along the creek the next morning! Cons: The room had a lack of outlets and a stand up only shower. The soap was crumbly and weird, so bring your own. And the cable box didn't seem to be working, but I didn't notice until I tried turning it on in the morning, so admittedly that probably could have been fixed with a call to the front desk.

Shane, We appreciate your review as it helps us better our facility. We apologize about the water heater, shortly after your stay we called plumbing up to check on the situation. We are excited to hear about how you loved the creek and hope you will come visit us again. Thank You
