Our hostess were beyond outstanding.The home was immaculate and had finer touches. So much nicer than most. This is our 18th holiday gathering and the best one yet!Spacious, well designed and appointed.

We had a great time here for Thanksgiving. The kids played non stop outside and in the barn. Very accommodating and comfortable, VERY CLEAN. There was plenty of space and privacy, there are 4 masters with en suite bathrooms which was a huge plus.

Perfect for schlitterbahn

we have been going to Schlitterbahn for 35 years and this is the perfect place to stay for the park and for floating the Comal river! Plenty of beds for families or a big group of friends and the Pavillion is great entertainment with ping pong, a pool table, shuffle board, and foosball table:) Perfect house and we hope to be back next year!!

Perfect family vacation!

We enjoyed our family vacation here. Perfect location, close to the water park, tubing and restaurants. House was super clean and the owner was very easy to get in touch with. Will definitely stay here again in the future! Perfect vacation house!

This was an amazing home with a perfect location

We had a wonderful time at the home and the pavilion/ game room was a great option. We had a pre wedding meeting/ rehearsal inside the pavilion and everyone had a great time with the accommodations. I definitely would recommend this location to my family and friends.

Perfect Property and Location

This property was great for the group we had - lots of twin beds so everyone had their own space! Also, the locations was fantastic for getting on and off the river. The party barn is a perfect place for large groups to gather. To top it all off, the property manager was wonderful to work with!

Fantastic property

Our family of 16 stayed at this house… we had family ages 2 to 72 & EVERYONE loved it! First house we stayed in as a family that no one complained! The kids had a blast in the game room and the parents were able to spread out in all the rooms without feeling cramped! Great place and hope to book again!

This was the best home that we have stayed over the summer holidays. Not only was it within walking distance to the water park, it was a superb facility for a large family reunion. The game pavilion was an added bonus. It provided an excellent venue for games, dance party, and family eating. The decor of the restored home was exquisite. So much so, that ideas were remembered for use in our own homes. The amenities were excellent. Chip and salsa awaited us when we arrived in addition to a fine vintage wine. All aspects of the stay were very impressive.

Perfect spot for weekend floating

Very spacious house and fun party barn for our group of 14. We enjoyed pool, shuffleboard, and foosball in the party barn and just a short walk to float the Comal river. Walking distance to many restaurants for lunch or dinner was very convenient.

Bubbles & Brews!

Hosted my niece’s bachelorette party here and it was an AMAZING space for an event. Everyone enjoyed the outdoor pavilion with endless games, the house was beautiful, the kitchen had everything you could possible need, it was within walking distance to Wurstfest. Can’t recommend this place enough! Stop searching and book here - promise it’s worth every penny!
