Repeat stay!

This is the second time we stayed at this spaceous riverside house and it was just as wonderful as the first. We also got to meet one of the hosts, Morgan, when we floated with Little Ponderosa Rentals -- he was great! Highly recommend the property, location, and hosts. Will continue to book here.

AMAZING HOUSE RIGHT ON THE WATER !!

By far the Best house I've stayed in for the last 10 years, we will be back. Everything was provided which made it easy to entertain my guests. Very clean house with tons of space, we got plenty of use out of the huge deck and game room downstairs. The guests in the houses next door were also very friendly. Fantastic weekend with lots of memories to bring home.

Good Vibes Only

Perfect location with deep water (6 feet). Plenty of space, and is comfortable and convenient. We had 6 adults and 4 kids. Our 7-year old said it was the “Best House Ever”. The kids played the arcade games and foosball, while the adults played cards on the deck. Shuttle picked us up right out front and had our tubes ready for our day. I highly recommend the Rocky River Retreat. Michelle, Spring TX

Perfect River Location

Great location, lots of room for our group. Kids loved the arcade game and foosball table. Adults loved the back patio!! We will be back next summer.

Everything as stated.

My family of 10 really enjoyed this inviting home and location! So grateful to have have been able to stay here. The backyard, dock, and roominess was perfect! The host s are great communicators and most helpful. The upstairs queen beds are not comfortable enough to sleep 2 adults but the rest of the property makes up for that. We hope to stay again.

Graduation Weekend

We had a great time. The house is right on the river and the porch gives a gorgeous view! Inside the furnishings were clean, modern, and ample for all guests. Our kids enjoyed the game room which provided rest from the heat. Highly recommend!

100% Recommend Trip

We absolutely loved this place. It is the ultimate river trip place to stay. It was extremely well thought out and put together. The game room with all these activities was incredibly fun. The dock that let into the perfect spot in the river. And the tubing at Little Ponderosas was the same. Met the owners and they were extremely nice. So much beautiful space to spend time. 10 / 10 will do again.

GREAT LOCATION for year round!!

The property was presented accurately and was fully stocked in terms of kitchen ware/utensils and bedding/bathroom bedding/supplies. Excellent location for year round fun on the river. Tubing/swimming spring and summer & great fishing relaxing location for fall and winter! The owners were incredibly helpful and responsive and took pride in making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of;Morgan and Kim were great!!! We will definitely be going back to stay there!
