The house is amazing and so was the host. Scott was extremely punctual with all of our continuted communication. He even went above and beyond by purchasing and delivering 3 cookie sheets when we were unable to find any in the kitchen. The house, inside and outside exceeded our expectations. The extra bar area includes 2 small drink refrigerators that came in very handy. Its was so peaceful and we really enjoyed having our I own stairs that lead directly to the river. It has a wonderful grill, outdoor furniture and tv. It was truly a fantastic stay and we will definitely be back. Thank you Scott for making this trip one to remember and going the extra mile for us.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this house! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing weekend. The space was fabulous—perfect for unwinding, spending time together, and truly enjoying the getaway. The location was great, the atmosphere was peaceful, and it honestly felt like a home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would 100% recommend this house to anyone looking for an exceptional experience. We can’t wait to come back!

This is a beautiful property. It was the perfect home for our get together with our adult children. Everyone had their own bedroom with in suite bathroom. The kitchen, dining area, living room and patio were great hangout areas that accommodated our large group. We enjoyed the location in Gruene and being able to walk to restaurants and entertainment.Scott was a wonderful host. Very responsive and provided helpful information on the house and area. We are already talking about booking another family vacation here!

Nicest property i have ever rented. The house was new and very spacious. 4 couples easily could stay here very comfortably. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom. Beds are big and comfortable. On the river and walking distance to Gruene Hall. Not sure it gets better. I will absolutely be back!

We absolutely LOVED the house! It was right out of a magazine and the Master bathroom and closet were to die for!!! Everything was so perfect! Walking distance to all the local places and the river! Check in and check out were a breeze! Thank you for hosting our group. We had the perfect mother/daughter get away!

Such a BEAUTIFUL, well-maintained home in the perfect location! We had a large group and everyone was comfortable and raved about the home. We loved the layout, the back patio and the ability to walk to downtown Gruene. We are already looking at dates to come back next summer.

We had an amazing time at this property. The house is beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. The boys walked down to the river and jumped in. We walked to the shops/restaurants in Gruene. Plenty of parking for our 3 cars with room to spare. Loved having a bathroom with each bedroom. This has been the best vacation rental we have stayed in.
