Cute little cottage with all the necessities. The beds were comfortable and the property was cozy and clean. It was very close to Gruene where all the shops and restaurants are located.

Incredible time at 8Sages Barn Cottage

The barn cottage was so cute. We really enjoyed the plunge pool. The ability to rent a golf cart and have it delivered to the house was a huge bonus. We were able to drive it straight into Gruene. The river is close. The customer service we received was impressive. I loved the shower features that included a hand held sprayer and rain shower head. The decor was very cute. The stairs are steep, but wasn’t a problem. Overall we had a great time and look forward to returning.

Fabulous converted barn with luxury cloudlike bedding and snappy Texas accents in a quiet setting. We had a blast over Thanksgiving!

Barn Bash weekend

Property was as listed, amenities were nice, pool was refreshing. Short drive to attractions and dining. Kitchen well appointed, bathrooms were clean and very aesthetically appealing. Parking was adequate but tight for 2 big Texas sized trucks.

Perfect for the Area

This was a great place to stay. We came down for local music, antiques and good food. This place got you in the mood for the whole stay. We certainly enjoyed the private plunge pool on a hot day.

Great for a weekend stay!

Our family stayed 3 nights and we loved it! For 5 of us it was a good size and we loved the pool & fire pit. The host was great and very responsive. We will definitely book another stay next summer

Wonderful stay!

Perfect location if your seeing a concert at Gruene hall. Very comfortable and Beautiful decor. The plunge pool is warm and outdoor space is really cute.

Great communication from the host

We were very excited about our stay here and our quick weekend in Gruene. Unfortunately we ended up with a last minute emergency that forced us to not be able to make our trip as planned and had to cut things short. Definitely not the host's fault. We will be booking the same place as soon as we are able to get our trip scheduled for a do over.
