Everybody and everything was great. The hospitality was top-notch.

Wonderful Hotel. And the suite it’s very comfortable and has two separate rooms.

Great location. Large suite. Decent gym. Good value all around.

Very clean and affordable price. If you like your American style hotel than thats the one.

Only real issue I had was noise from outside, my room was over the entry/exit of parking area and several times there was loud discussions or music rather late in evening.

Great stay at spacious room. Front desk staff goes above and beyond and location plus parking is hard to beat. Cleaning lady is rude and her service is disappointing. Will be back though!

Enjoyed our short stay. Wish it was longer. However, on our next trip here this would be an excellent location.

Central location, close to the beach, great breakfast, friendly staff.

The hotel is good value for money very near the beach and quite close to the Old Port and the New Port by car.. The rooms were large and comfortable - with a wonderful kitchenette which helped out as we were there during Yom Kippur when everything was closed! The reception staff were helpful and friendly and the parking was a necessity!!!

Wonderful staff, very accommodating . Very helpful in arranging ride to the airport and selection of local restaurant.

I liked the staff, which was always helpful and interesting to talk to, but do not expect American style smiley-ness. There is no gym, and the room lighting is dim florescent lights which should be upgraded. But the suite was large and clean and comfortable, and the location is close to the beach and restaurants.

We were there for five nights. The suite set-up with kitchenette and living room was very comfortable. It is not elegant but very practical. The location is quite central and only a block from the beach and promenade. The best part of our experience was how truly helpful and friendly all the staff was in every way.

Great place to stay over night or for a long stay. Room was a suite with living room/sitting area, a small kitchen, big closets and everything one would need for a long term stay. It was a nice place, recently updated. Located across the street from the beach and around the corner from the best Thai restaurant in Tel Aviv.

This hotel was teriffic. i especially appreciate the location, , the free parking and the kitchen in the room. The price does not include breakfast, unusual in Israel.

Most staff is very friendly. They typically ran out of some towels, especially wash cloths and hand towels. Some rooms lack microwave, even though they publish that they offer them. Shelve pace in wash rooms is extremely limited and hooks are missing.

they are very friendly, cheerful, and helpful even if the problem to be solved falls out of their range of expertise. They help you avoid mistakes with any tour reservation and they run quickly to your suite for any type of help.

We were there for 4 days and we loved it.

This is a great option for a family. We had a suite with a private bedroom with a double-bed and a living room with a pull-out sofa. There is a small kitchenette, a very functional bathroom, and we had a balcony with a fabulous view of both the beach and old Jaffa. The location is one block off the beach, and the hotel is right in the middle of all the major hotels. It is not fancy, but it is very comfortable, and the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. It is a small place, and you felt like part of the hotel family while you were there. Breakfast isn't included, but around the corner is the Yothava Dairy Restaurant, where you can get enormous and delicious breakfasts. And Internet access is included (as is use of a computer terminal in the lobby)--something that we always appreciate in a hotel.
