The room was clean and nice although a bit old, and the reception was fine. But both the front door did not match the published pictures (they show a “punto cero”) nor the address corresponded to the actual location (which was a W hotel). Also, the safety of the room seemed poor since there was a corridor window with access to my room’s which would not lock. The restaurant downstairs, “azucar” was a very nice discovery in Neuquén.
