Quaint hotel with plenty of character

Small basic room but clean and comfortable. Hotel has a confusing array of staircases but once shown the way to your room it is ok. Friendly staff and restaurant food is outstanding. Plenty of parking available.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, and returned because the hotel fulfilled all our criteria on the first visit. Unfortunately on the second visit the room was much inferior to the first time - it was very small and cramped and the bathroom was barely big enough to encompass our needs. The hotel has its own restaurant which was good on both occasions. As we could not stay for the free breakfast, the owners kindly deducted a small amount to cover this.

Very nice hotel. Comfortable rooms with terrace, although A/C would be a really good asset! Good WIFI. Plenty parking availability. I also definitely recommend the restaurant for dinner. Very good breakfast. Friendly owners and staff.

Unspektakulär übernachten. Einfache Unterkunft mit vernünftigem Frühstück. Nettes Personal, fragt von sich aus nach ob man etwas braucht etc - vorbildlich. Auf Buchungsportal stand „Fitnessraum“, was auch rin Grund für meine Buchung war, der war aber leider nicht nutzbar (Stand 09/2024). Das war doch etwas ärgerlich.

Very old room with seriously small shower, not at all cosy. It was very warm with no fan. Ok breakfast. But we ended up changing to another hotel. It was not worth the price, we stayed at much nicer hotels for the same rate at this road trip!
