Thank you MPM hotels! ;0)

My friend and I booked the MPM Royal Central Hotel from the 23rd to the 30th of May as it looked to tick all the boxes, free wifi, free breakfast, nice rooftop pool area, good location . A few days after booking we got an email to say that the hotel wouldn't be open until the 1st of June. We were a little disappointed initially but they offered us the MPM Kalina Garden hotel at no extra charge - a larger four star hotel instead of the three stars of the MPM Royal. On arrival we were also very happy to find out they had upgraded us to all inclusive, Yeah, all meals, drinks and snacks would be available all day long. The rooms were spotless and the biggest we have stayed in anywhere, as big as my living room, really! The reception, bar staff and the waitresses were all friendly and helpful really making us feel welcome. The location was perfect right in the center of Sunny beach, just minutes from the main strip and the beach. If the Royal is half as good as the Kalina garden you will have a smashing holiday!

Royal Central MPM

This was recommended by Expedia as an alternative to a sister hotel. Calina gardens they did not tell us that it was an older sister that did not come up to the same standard. When you look for an hotel for booking they should have recommended one similar to the one you requested so we were disappointed. Room not cleaned and we went out for our evening meal as the meal was repetitious of the previous day. Luckily we stayed only a couple of nights or we would have looked elsewhere
