A fantastic property in the centre of Nerja. It consists of 2 bedrooms and a studio with a double sofa bed. The property has a private roof terrace, and the property is completely reformed and redesigned village house in the old part of town, just a few minutes' walk away from the Balcon de Europa. The apartment, found on the first floor up 14 steps, is very open and airy with a fully equipped modern kitchen (fridge freezer, microwave, oven, 3 ring induction hob, washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and all necessary equipment); a spacious dining area with table and chairs for 6 diners and a living area with comfortable sofa and TV with international and spanish channels. There are also 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds which share the family bathroom. The roof terrace is found up another 14 (steep) steps and is furnished with a dining table and chairs for 6 people and 4 sun loungers. On this level there is also a small studio. The studio has a double sofa bed, spacious bathroom, small kitchen with mini fridge freezer, kettle and toaster as well as a small dining área.

We have been to Nerja on several occasions, but this was the first time we had stayed in the town centre. The property was as described and suited us perfectly. The roof terrace is huge and well equipped, as is the rest of the house. It was a bonus having a shower and toilet on the roof terrace. It should be noted the stairs to the roof terrace are steep and need care when using them. The kitchen is well equipped , however the rechargeable cork screw didn’t work, and the manual Waiters friend was so bent out of shape, it didn’t work either. Fortunately our friends were using an apartment close by and had two proper cork screws, so we borrowed one. A small issue only and which can easily be resolved. The TV has more channels than you could ever need.Will we be back ? I certainly hope so.
