     Exclusive Linda Barker signature villa with private pool. Located on the edge of the Akamas Forest in a hilltop position giving quite stunning views of the entire Chrysohou Bay and Latchi harbour. The sea is a few minutes drive away.

     Just arriving at Paphos Villa 1417 and experiencing the fabulous panoramic views of Chrysohou Bay and Latchi Harbour together with the ambience and quality of this amazing villa will without doubt put you in the mood to enjoy a holiday of a lifetime.

    The villa is complete with a private pool and garden, from every part of the villa you can enjoy postcard sea views.

     Latchis once tiny fishing harbour has been transformed into a modern marina, but its still kept its laid back charm. Old stone fronted fish warehouses have been turned into restaurants, tavernas, shops and places of recreation. Mouth watering fresh fish comes straight off the boats and onto the grills of the eateries lining the harbour and beach front.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a patio and 3 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a microwave, and a refrigerator. Housekeeping is available on request.
