This top10 holiday park is situated in town which makes it possibly not the most scenic accommodation but very convenient. Staff is always friendly and bathroom and rooms are clean and comfortable.

Staff was friendly. The unit we stayed in was clean and so were the toilets and showers. The showers were very nice too with a decent water pressure. What I didn't like was the neighbors that were leaving very early in the morning and could hear the sliding door open and close, same for the vehicle's doors being open and closed continuously. Not that this holiday park can do much about this last one though.

All of the staff that I interacted with had the best customer service I have ever come across in Nelson - and that’s saying something because I lived there for 24 years. The *only* thing that may stop me staying there again in the future is actually a major positive for the park - the entire grounds are smoke free! As a smoker myself, this was a tiny bit of a pain but, it was so nice to see that this was a policy considering the amount of children that probably stay there 😁. Well done all. Keep up the amazing work!
