Such a lovely location and view from the apartment!While the veranda has seen better days and could use some tlc, we still loved spending our evenings on there watching the water! The apartment was clean with incredibly comfortable beds!We loved our stay here and will definitely return

Beautiful unit and view

Very well appointed unit, large deck overlooking the bay and close to town. Beach access is not via stair at front of deck unfortunately so a walk around the back instead. Was very comfortable and enjoyed our brief stay.

First impressions were 'wow' the views are spectacular. Furnishings and decor are lovely and moden, bedrooms clean and comfortable. A lovely stay and we have recomended to family.

Great unit.Views amazing.Location walking distance to all one needs on holidays.

Wonderful relaxing Christmas .Would rebook this property.Would love to see front access improved. Also better signage on Garage Unit Name or address.Florist had a problem finding me.However great holiday property.

Gorgeous place & view but lacks any instruction and information

Overall it is a sumptuous, glamorous and comfortable unit and a short walk to town. It would have been perfect and a 5/5 IF there had been instructions when we arrived: - Spent literally an hour looking through every drawer and cupboard for instructions - Tried to work out the outdoor gas fire-place and also the retractable awning - Eventually texted the owners/manager who responded that all instructions are in the link to the pre-check-in questionnaire. So got out laptop, found email, followed link... no specific instructions. Texted back owner/manager who said actually the fireplace is not usable due to safety. In that case it needs to be removed from the listing photographs as it is extremely misleading and we were very disappointed. Remote for awning at the bottom of a basket in the dining room. - On our second last day no hot water from early afternoon. Went out and figured there would be hot water when we got home. No. Texted owner/manager after hours but no response. No showers that night. Next morning still no hot water so phoned after our hours service. Was told to check fuse boxes which I had done and still no hot water. Finally spoke to very helpful man at Stayz at 9.30am who explained that the hot water is on two gas bottles and one of them must have run out. Had to go outside and switch over the gas bottles. He gave us an extra 30 minutes so we could shower before leaving. Absolutely no warning or instruction anywhere that this could happen and very unfortunate given we were paying $600+ per night. Also when I was trying to work out how to get hot water on the last morning, I found little boxes in the bathroom which switched on the under-tile heating in the bathrooms. Would have been nice to know this on arrival. Again these little things need to be told to visitors. We are not property experts or mind readers. These little things unfortunately do disappoint when you are spending a lot of money for a special trip away and it takes away from what is otherwise a stunning property.
