La ubicación: le encantará la ubicación de esta unidad que ofrece vistas panorámicas del agua sobre la bahía y la Punta de Tomaree.  Con un área con césped directamente en frente de la unidad, está a solo unos metros de la icónica playa de Shoal Bay.  Esta unidad está en una ubicación fantástica que te dejará sin opciones.  Pasa tus días sumergiéndote en la arena y el mar y cuando estés listo para explorar dirígete a la encantadora ciudad costera de Shoal Bay, hogar de muchos deliciosos cafés y restaurantes, que se encuentra a poca distancia.   Muy cerca se encuentra la rampa para botes en Little Beach, que ofrece una hermosa playa de natación profunda o más cerca de la orilla, aguas tranquilas y claras para que jueguen los niños. Nelson Bay está a solo 5 minutos en automóvil, donde encontrará tiendas, supermercados y muchos restaurantes y cafeterías, o tomar un helado y disfrutar de un paseo por el puerto deportivo de Dálbora. 

La unidad: esta unidad familiar tiene todos los ingredientes que necesita para pasar unas vacaciones llenas de diversión junto al mar.  Su posición elevada en el primer piso requiere pasos mínimos para acceder. Sin preocupaciones de altura, tan ideal para familias jóvenes. Camine a través de una sala de estar y cocina de planta abierta bien diseñada con vista a Tomaree y Yacaaba Headland.  Puede relajarse y disfrutar de una bebida con vistas ininterrumpidas en su balcón que tiene una mesa al aire libre con capacidad para cuatro. Hay un cómodo salón de 2 x 2 plazas, con TV, DVD y reproductor de CD. La cocina está bien equipada con todo lo que necesita, incluido un microondas, una nevera grande y una estufa / horno vertical. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen, bata incorporada y acceso al balcón. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama individual y un conjunto de literas. El baño tiene una ducha sobre la bañera, un tocador y un secador de pelo en la pared con un inodoro separado.  La funcional lavandería interna cuenta con lavadora, secadora y utensilios de planchado.

Shoal Bay Apartment, great location!!!

Nice apartment, moments from the beach, you can hear the waves & you get a lovely sea breeze. Perfect location, just a short walk through the reserve to a beautiful beach with amazing view, crystal clear water, Shoal Bay Beach. You can easily walk as well to Little Beach for a swim + visit the Little Beach House on the water for a bite to eat & a cocktail.

Excellent location and clean property

You get pretty much what is in the property description. The property was clean. Be careful while showering warm water may stop suddenly. Could have been better if they offer WiFi. Overall I would recommend for a family of 4-5

Well positioned very quiet neighbourhood easy walk to everything.only criticism is that bedroom window in the single room could not be opened.Feel that this needs to be addressed urgently as it would be almost impossible to sleep in there in summer

Shoal Bay quiet time

The location is ideal - very quiet and literally a minute to the beach. An easy walk to Shoal Bay shops/restaurants. 5 minute walk to inner bay beaches. Throughout the day and especially at night the sound of the surf is a constant companion. Elements of the unit have been modernised. No a/c or ceiling fans which was not a problem given the frequent breezes. 2 pedestal fans were provided though one is almost useless and needs replacing. Patio furniture is very old and stained. Sadly the state of cleaning was poor - mould evident in bathroom sink, and on some shower tiling, dust and fluff around door seals. Floors and benches were clean. Lockable garage below was very handy. Yes, we’d stay again provided these simple improvements are attended to.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment is good and it is in a very good location.The cleanliness wasn't good though. There was dust on the bedside tables and other furniture. It didn't look like they were wiped for quite some time. There was a wrapper from the female hygiene pad on the floor near the bed.But the most disappointing was the experience dealing with the property manager. We asked about a late check-out (hoping for an extra one hour) but despite the apartment being vacant for the following day Winning Holidays were unwilling to give us an extra hour or two unless we pay extra $75.They were quite hostile in their response and unwilling to help. All they had to do was to contact the cleaners and ask them to come one hour later. But they were not willing to do it.We reported the cleanliness issues and were told that the manager would contact us straight away. But it didn't happen.It looks like Winning Holidays couldn't care less about making the customers happy and about return business.As a result, Winning Holidays lost us a repeated customer and we won't recommend their services.We feel sorry for the apartment owners who are clearly losing money because of the unprofessional property manager.

Reviewer Comments: It was ok the beds where very uncomfortable You can see into the bathroom window from outside which was very upsetting as myself and my 2 teenage daughters showered in there and the thought of being seen was very uncomfortable
