Superbly located between Nelson Bay and Shoal Bay, it is only a minutes walk to Little Beach, which is ideal for swimming, paddle boarding, picnics and enjoying the sunset. Shoal Bay Beach is just a five minute walk away. A short stroll will take you to the Diggers RSL Club, or a quick drive or casual stroll to either Nelson Bay or Shoal Bay where you will have a variety of restaurants.
This family friendly, comfortable and spacious top floor unit has been tastefully appointed. The open plan, air-conditioned living area opens out onto the main balcony, where you can take in the view, dine or sit back and relax. The main TV has Netflix and the property provides unlimited Wifi and the bonus of having a second balcony at the rear of the unit.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and full cooking facilities, the internal laundry provides a front loader washing machine and dryer. The three-way bathroom has a shower and bath, separate toilet and separate vanity area.
