También hay una cocina eficiente con mini refrigerador y lavadora / secadora para uso de los huéspedes.

Un ModPool de 20 'con vista al lago y es una combinación de piscina / jacuzzi con una ventana transparente desde el fondo. La piscina se complementa con una gran pérgola con sillones acolchados sombreados en un extremo, un patio de piedra, también con sillas, en el costado, y los otros lados dan al lago y las montañas para una vista espectacular. My family had a wonderful time at Berry Hill Lake! The hot tub was perfect for our chilly weekend stay. The hosts were available for questions and were prompt in their response. We had everything we needed and would love to visit again when the weather warms up to enjoy all the amenities for the lake!

This was our second stay at Berry Lake. The house and surrounding property are outstanding. The upgraded pool only added to the overall ambiance. The house is well maintained, very clean, and stocked, and the communication excellent from well before our arrival through the last day.

This is an absolutely magical property. Perfect for our family Thanksgiving with a wide range of ages from 3-83. We loved the hiking trails, hot tub, outdoor fire, beautiful views, and the feeling of peace and privacy. It is the best vacation property we have ever rented. We can’t wait to come back!

This home is perfect for a large family! The details did not go unnoticed! Nicely stocked kitchen with cookware and appliances.Each bath included essentials, just in case you forgot some of your own! The hot tub was a great escape after a long day on the slopes! The infinity pool makes us want to come back in the summer to be able to enjoy it. Everything was absolutely gorgeous! And to top it off, the host was exceptional! Will definitely be back!

Rich and Reed were extremely responsive. The house was stunning. The kids loved the hot tub/pool, we used the outdoor fire place every single night and the vibe was amazing. We had the best time and will definitely be coming back (if they’ll let us ;)).

We always enjoy Berry Hill Lake. This was our third visit and it didn’t disappoint. The upgrades to the pool and surrounding area are well done and add the enjoyment of the property. The fish are always biting and the private hiking trails always make for fun family adventures.
These guys are easy to catch on night crawlers or plastic lures.
We couldn’t land these monsters, but there are at least eight of them that swim within casting distance of the dock.

Wow!! Its better than the pictures! What a lovely home. Celebrating 60th birthday with friends, plenty of room. Pool and hot tub were perfect, the house perfect, the setting perfect! Its like your own park !! Hiking everyday around the property....it really couldnt get any better than berry hill lake house!! We will definitely be back!

Great family vacation spot!

Had a great week with the extended family at this wonderfully designed and kept property. Located in beautiful central Virginia, the surroundings are amazing. I highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Perfect Family Getaway

Our party of 8 (grandma, 4 adults, 2 teens, 10yo and dog) stayed at this beautiful property for a week. It had everything we needed and wanted. The pool was gorgeous and perfect for the hot weather. Our fishing-obsessed teen spent lots of time at the pond. We hiked the trails and watched movies, and enjoyed the many fine eating and drinking establishments. This was the most well-equipped rental we have ever stayed at, and hope to visit again.

Beautiful property and location

Our family stayed at Berry Hill Lake over the New Years week. From the initial texts and emails from the property manager, to the check-in and the house and land itself, it was a great experience. The house and surrounding property are clearly cared for, and it was easy to just sit back and relax for a week! Highly recommend!

A restful retreat

This property was the perfect spot for our getaway. It was quiet and yet provided some activities for us to unwind. The hot tub was great, and we also enjoyed kayaking and fishing on the lake. Berry Hill Lake a special place!
