My stay was disappointing, very tiny beds, roaches and the pool needed to be cleaned. I must say that this hotel has so much potential to be so much better.

Anyone arriving in 2020 will be welcomed to a renovated small boutique type property with views to kill for. The friendliness of the staff is totally genuine and their concern for your total enjoyment is authentic. The hotel will be the "hip" place to be in Negril once the last of the renovations are completed.

Good afternoon Mrs.Edwards, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent experience with us at Kaiser's Hotel. We have noted your disappointment with the reserved bedding configuration and seeing a rodent in your room. Kaiser's Hotel always strive to provide a memorable moment for our guests and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused, as this is definitely not the norm. We are situated in the tropics and are insusceptible to insects and rodents; and as such, we do have an active pest control system to alleviate this matter and regret that you had experienced same. Please be advised that we take this matter seriously and have met with our Pest Control Contractor to discuss a way forward to ensure that there is not a recurrence of this nature. Once again, we sincerely apologize for the service inconsistencies experienced as this is not the true reflection of Kaiser's Hotel. With this being said, we have taken the decision to extend as a goodwill gesture, a credit voucher one (1) night for one (1) room.
