Houve falta de água quente 03 vezes na hora do banho, com demora na solução. O hotel é muito voltado para o atendimento dos argentinos, com músicas argentinas o tempo todo. Estive há 10 anos atrás nesse hotel, retornei porque tive uma boa impressão, porém dessa vez foi bem complicado.

Não tem estrutura se resort, só o nome. Nao vale à pena. O hambúrguer era com carne congelada tipo "Sadia". Estrutura antiga. A equipe é gentil.

Nos hospedamos no bangalô com banheira privativa, acomodação linda e confortável mas a alimentação deixou a desejar. Poucas opções saudáveis e pratos muito carregados e oleosos, o que acabou nos causando desconforto intestinal por três dias. No regime all inclusive, não havia variedade de bebidas sem álcool para quem não consome bebidas alcoólicas. Diante disso, não voltaria.

Hotel é bem velho, precisa de uma reforma. Banheiro tinha cheiro de esgoto e o ar condicionado não gelava o suficiente. As refeições são limitadas, com pouca variedade e sempre faltando os itens, pois não tinha reposição. Comida em buffet toda jogada, com péssima apresentação e sabor. Precisei sair algumas vezes do hotel para ter uma refeição descente. O all inclusive do final do ano era limitado, tanto para comida quanto para bebidas, o que nos deixou muito frustados. Enfim, péssima experiência.
