The hotel varanda door didn't close, there were no towels for the third guest, the person on the desk didn't have anyone else to help, gave us another room and once again without towels for the third party, lots of mosquitoes in the room, the room didn't have a duvet so it was either too cold with ac or too hot without it, breakfast food wasn't fresh.

Hotel muito fraco. Desde os quartos, até cofe da manhã. Este, muito deficiente, com reposicao precaria. Não é possível destacar nada de muito bom. Hotel é voltado para turistas, e talvez por isso, o mesmo não leva em conta a satisfação do cliente. Não entendi o porque dos reviews tão positivos encontrados na web. Equipe despreparada e gerencia fraca e descomprometida. Não voltaria.

Uma ótima relação Custo x Benefício. A equipe toda é muito solícita e prestativa. O café da manhã é bem servido e, ao menos no quarto em que me hospedei, a vista é sensacional. A ótima localização também é um diferencial, com ótimas opções de alimentação, lazer e transporte muito acessíveis. As instalações são bem aprazíveis, sobretudo a imensa varanda cuja vista permite ver o Parque das Dunas, o mar e o Morro do Careca, numa panorâmica só. Realmente me surpreendeu muito.
