the property at the SLS Baha Mar was a little worn. Needed an overhaul. Carpeting was old and very stained, kind of gross!! Staff was very friendly and nice...especially at the pool area.

The baha Mar is a top notch resort ! Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable food and restaurants 12/10 beach and pools are great, lots of seating highly recommend to anyone and we will be back only downside is the price of anything on the resort is about 3 times the amount of what you would normally pay ! A bottle of water is $14 USD

Ethan was exceptional!! He was an angel from the first time we walked through the resort. We had a ocean master suite thanks to Ethan. Such a patient caring and wonderful employee. He deserves a bonus. Also special shout to Christie (conceirge). She was very helpful with recommendations of activities for my toddler. Overall an amazing stay. Looking forward to coming back!!
