A modernly equipped apartment of official rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ of 50 m2 is located in an office building on the 1st floor. Parking is provided in the yard of the office building, and optionally there is the possibility of parking in a private parking space 50m from the apartment.
