Downtown Music City Loft living! ~Steps to the Ryman and Broadway

We proudly own and manage 18 lofts in Downtown Nashville. Our 1 and 2 bedroom lofts are located in the same building, while our 3 bedroom lofts are just a short 2-block walk away. All guests will receive access to our detailed digital guidebook providing our recommendations on music venues, local eats (breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and high end dinners), honky tonks, roof top bars, local retail stores and much more!​​​​​​​

With our reservations, w​​​​​e offer for purchase two travel insurance options based on your needs to protect against travel, weather or emergency issues should you need to cancel your reservation outside of our cancellation policy.

We require a digitally completed and signed rental agreement to be completed prior to arrival and before check in details can be sent along with the name and email address of each guest staying in the property.

Standard check in time is 3 pm CT and check out is before 10 am CT. We offer an early check in of 1 pm and a late check out of 12 pm for a $100 fee per time adjustment based on availability. All adjustments must be requested one week prior to check in date. We do NOT have a front desk, office or storage room for storing luggage prior to check in or after check out.

LUGGAGE STORAGE: If early check in or late check out is all booked up, not to worry! MCL has partnered with Music City Luggage Locker to provide our guests with safe luggage storage. Conveniently located across the street from our 4th Avenue building (2 blocks from our Bettye properties). Tour Nashville 'baggage free' before check in. Check out, drop luggage, and maximize your hours about town before your flight. Book your drop here: Our direct contact information for luggage storage is provided to all booked guests. PS they also offer a grocery shopping service for stocking the refrigerator prior to your arrival!

PARKING: We do NOT offer parking with our reservations. OUR LOCATION IS SO GOOD YOU WON'T NEED A CAR! Daily parking is available near the loft starting around $30 daily rate (midnight to midnight), subject to higher rates for Special Events taking place in the downtown area. There is a PARKING GARAGE CONVENIENTLY LOCATED next door to our building. LINENS & SUCH
The ​property includes a full kitchen, linens and towels, free WIFI and TV for streaming your favorite TV shows and movies. Conveniently located around the corner from Walgreens, Metropolitan Wines and ​S​avi Urban Market to pick up any items you might need during your stay. PLUS walking distance to plenty of great restaurants.

PAYMENTS:
Payment is due in full at the time of booking. We do not take deposits.

The magnificent King George Loft is a unique, double master bedroom property featuring two king beds and tons of Nashville charm, perfect for families or couples wanted to stretch out in luxurious king-style all while being just blocks from the best sights and sounds of Music City, USA.

For your stay in this spacious loft, spread out in either the traditional master with a private bathroom or in the second bedroom with a double entry bath (access from both the bedroom and common area). Both bedrooms have luxurious king-size beds for your enjoyment.

As an added bonus, the living room is furnished with a luxury, queen-sized sleeper sofa for any of your extra guests.

Make yourself at home in the open living space, tastefully designed with rustic, exposed brick, hardwood floors, steel beams, high ceilings and exposed duct work for a true loft vibe.

Some of the featured art work includes a coffee table by Nashville-owned handcrafted furniture company, Legacy Building, and decor inspired by the legendary George Strait and Nashville's Honky Tonk culture.

CHECK OUT PROCEDURES –
a. Dish washer loaded AND started with detergent provided prior to check out.
b. Save energy! Turn off all lights.
c. Double check you haven't left any personal items behind! Check on the bed, under the bed, in the bathroom(s) and in the closet(s).
d. Any trash, opened/used food or drinks upon check out to be put into trash bags and taken to the trash room in the basement. Please be courteous to everyone in the building and dispose of your trash in the basement dumpster.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
