The condo is minutes from Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, Ascend Amphitheater, and The Ryman Auditorium. This is truly a prime location for the Nashville experience.

- The 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit has 1 queen sized bed in each bedroom as well as a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.
- The kitchen is fully outfitted with stove and oven, microwave, regular coffee pot & toaster. We do provide some coffee, creamer, and sugar.
- There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.
- Each unit includes one free parking space in our parking garage.

We enjoyed staying very much. Great location for CMA FEST. A few more towels and dish towels would be helpful. Appreciated the toiletries in the bathrooms. Also had cleaning items including dishwasher tabs and laundry tabs. We were comfortable in the beds. Definitely will stay again.

The host was very welcoming and replied to questions quickly. The townhome was very clean, nicely furnished and complete amenities. Just fyi for guests. It’s next to a train track. We enjoyed the train passing from the balcony and didn’t mind the sound as it passed by. Perfect parking spot for one car and definitely walkable to downtown. I would definitely stay again.
