Beautiful property, very well maintained. Everything was as described in the property description on the listing. We loved that it was so close to Grimey's Record store and the brewery/coffee shop.

The host set everything up great. It was easy to get to and the host had set out a nice welcome package. Guests need to be aware there is not a lot of parking. There are only 2 spaces in the garage under the condo and they are very tight. And we couldn't close the garage door because the garage is also too short. One our guests had to park on the street a few streets over.

Nashville Baby!

We had a great time in Nashville. Vibe 804 is close to all things Nashville and a short trip to the Bourbon Trail. Spacious and comfortable. We had a group of 6 and had plenty of room to gather. The garage is a tight fit for a large SUV but it will fit. Three levels so lots of stairs. Lower level doesn't have a bathroom so not as convenient for that bedroom, main has a small bathroom and shower and the upper two bedrooms each has its own bathroom. Overall a very nice place and well furnished.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy
Home was dirty. The walls were scuffed and stained (seemed to ne food smeared on walls). Downstairs bedroom was not cleaned before our arrival. There were hairs in the beds, hair accessories hanging from the wall art, bugs (dead and alive) on the floor and bed. When we requested the home to be cleaned the host suggested we change the linens ourselves. She stated she would try to get someone out the following day to address the cleanliness issues and no one came. She had sheets delivered. When I informed her of the lack of bedspreads she had someone enter the garage area without informing us in advance. The home had not been dusted in a significant amount of time as we saw layers of dust on the headboards of the bed. The tub in the upstairs bathroom was dirty. We spent our first day on what should've been a great vacation going to purchase cleaners and clean the home. The host disregarded my concerns about the home not being cleaned stating the housekeeper may have overlooked cleaning walls because of pre existing scuffs. The curtains were dirty upstairs and downstairs. This decor of the home and the previous good ratings made me feel like this home would be perfect but I was let down tremendously. Next time I visit Nashville I will not stay here nor will I recommend anyone to properties managed by iTrip Nashville
