A perfect place to stay!

We were in Nashville for the Coldplay concert and I highly recommend this place if you’re attending any events at the Nissan Stadium as it’s less than a 10 minute walk. It’s also close proximity to downtown Nashville and resides in a safe and quiet area. The pictures online represent the condo accurately. It’s a cute place. It was perfect for the four of us.

Nashville long weekend

Location was awesome, just a few blocks off Lower Broadway. Beds and bedding were comfortable. Kitchen nice.Shower issues reported by previous reviews so this is a continuing issue. It’s not rocket science, it’s plumbing. Had to google how to get the shower to work-pull down on the lower part of the spout, which I have never seen in my life. Was either scalding hot or ice cold, could not regulate and that is dangerous. Absolutely needs a new faucet system that is easy to use and has good water temp mixing. Area rug in LR also previously commented on in reviews, it was stained. For less than 100 it can be replaced, or just get rid of it. Needed washcloths, ans there were none, and there was only one hand towel for nine people and we used it as a bath mat. Had nine thin bath towels though. Homeless lady set up sleep space in our doorway. I felt bad when we bumped into her with the door. Despite issues would consider again based on location.

Our place was very nice and clean. We all liked it very much. However, we had a van and parking was tough. It wouldn't fit in most of the garages, but we made it work.

Great trip to Nashville

This was a wonderful place to stay. Close to everything Nashville has to offer within walking distance. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Very clean. Communication with owner/manager was excellent, any questions we had were answered immediately. Highly recommend!

Although the location was great, cleanliness was a problem. The sheets on the bed were stained and disgusting in one of the bedrooms. A table was broken as was one of the closets. Stains on carpet and furniture was also off putting. Truly unfortunate because the apartment was a roomy space.

Wonderful Communication!

Kevin was absolutely wonderful and very accommodating! I would truly rate this place a 5/5 due to Kevin's communication. The location was wonderful- with only being a short walk to Broadway. The beds were very comfortable with a lot of space in the bedrooms! I highly recommend staying here or at any of the locations ran by the iTrip team!

Good Downtown Stay Location

We were there for the CMA Awards, this was a good location for us to walk everywhere. We had some questions at checkin and was able to easily contact the manager and they were helpful for the entire stay. Unfortunately a few homeless men sleeping in the doorway of the business next door and on the street behind the building. Just be careful.

Family trip to Nashville

Property is within easy walking distance to Broadway and Printers Alley so very convenient. We had a guest in an electric wheelchair, so accessibility of the unit was very important to us, and this unit was great in that regard; all one level with no stairs or elevator needed for access, one large bathroom with open shower. Beds were very comfortable. Had everything we needed but would have been nice to have some bar soap provided in the bathrooms. There is no on-site parking, so we had to park in one of the nearby parking garages, which got expensive. Unit was very clean overall, but the area rug in the living room could use a good vacuum and steam cleaning. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Nashville Flat

The location was fantastic! Close to restaurants, shops, Printers Alley and Broadway. Walked directly to Nissan Stadium and beautiful view of downtown skyline. Beds were very comfy but definitely take earplugs!!! You can hear everything through the walls from the neighbors to the outside traffic.

Perfect location

Location is what sets this property apart. Just a short walk away from Broadway, and only a couple blocks from corner groceries. It's set just apart from everything else, which means it's quiet with very little vehicle or foot traffic. Inside is clean, modern, and comfortable. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, with fold out beds to allow for larger parties. We appreciated that it had both a coffee maker for grounds, and a nespresso machine with pods provided. Very quick communication with the owners - grateful for that. Thank you for letting us stay.

Birthday get away

Our flight got delayed coming in. Communication was responded to immediately. Their email with all the info was very thorough, which made the process that much easier when arriving late. It was very clean and big enough for 6 to be very comfortable. The floor gets a little cold in January so slippers were helpful. Location was close to a convenience store for a few groceries. Which made for a nice quick breakfast. It could use a toaster but we just toasted in a frying pan - no sweat! Most cleaning essentials were there to keep tidy and check out procedures were very clear! 3 block walking distance to ANYTHING you want to do! We would stay again!!!
