Modern house—A perfect home away from home

Use this quaint, welcoming spot in the heart of East Nashville as your home base for exploring the city. My goal is for your stay to be a relaxing home away from home.

You'll have the entire first floor to yourself. Just know I live on the second floor (with a separate entrance). The main shared areas are the driveway and backyard.

The two driveway spaces in front of the house are for you.

BACKYARD

We both access our floors through the backyard so we'll see each other occasionally as we're coming and going.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a fenced private yard, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

This was exactly what we were looking for. Coming from Michigan, we were looking for a local place, that was within minutes of downtown. This place is very quaint. We loved it. It's in a quiet neighborhood. It's clean and cozy. It was a nice escape from exploring the tourist-y things in Nashville. Great location! A quiet getaway after spending the day in the busyness of downtown. Alex is a great host and very responsive. The front porch swing was awesome!
