We've poured our hearts into this unit to create an unforgettable boutique stay. Every detail has been crafted with extra love to help ensure your comfort and satisfaction while visiting Music City!
The space
The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a full bathroom attached. The living room has a pull up sleeper sofa that transforms into twin bunk beds. In the living room, you'll experience a 75" smart TV equipped with all necessary streaming apps. This unit is very picture worthy with mirrors, wallpaper, and all the works. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary cookware and kitchen utensils. We paid attention to every detail to ensure your stay is an enjoyable and memorable one!

Cutest jewel box in Nashville

Ava's place is so unique and fun! This is not your typical vacation rental. I could tell Ava took great care in designing the apartment and creating a memorable experience for her guests. The building is located directly across from Slim & Husky's Pizza (The PREAM was so good) in an up-and-coming area with easy access to all Nashville has to offer. Ava was also super responsive, very detailed with condo and area information and I appreciated she was able to add an extra night on short notice for us. We would definitely book again.

Gorgeous, Clean, Trendy Apartment!

Ava was unbelieveably responsive and helpful from the start and all through our stay. We loved our time in this cute one-bedroom. The couch / bunk bed transformation was super easy -- and remarkably comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great weekend trip

Ava was a great host! Her communication was superb from the time I inquired about her listing up until check-in. When we arrived there was a sweet welcome snack and card! Lots of fresh towels and washcloths. One morning, I had a headache and she even found a way to get me some medicine. She is so sweet and kind! We will def be booking with her again!
