I booked the hotel specifically for the location and free airport shuttle. Saturday when i needed the shuttle it wasn't running and i had to pay $26 for a 6am uber!
Everything was excellent except we had to ask for more than one role of toilet paper but they were very prompt and professional when I asked, I know when we go to Nashville this will be our hotel to stay in. Also the suites are very roomy for a big family like mine, great place to stay

The property is a bit old and outdated. It’s located on a remote street. I guess it’s best for those closest to the airport. Not a good property for someone wanting to visit Nashville to see the city over a couple of days. When we first arrived, our room was cold and we had to call maintenance to help. The next morning when we got ready to shower, there was hair in the tub. We had to call someone to clean the bathroom. When we arrived back in our room the same day, the room had not been cleaned- towels not picked up, trash not emptied, beds not made, etc. We were asked if the do not disturb sign was up, and we said no it was not. When I checked out, the hotel staff did nothing to rectify the situation. They told me there was nothing they could do and that a manager was not available to assist me. I’ve called the corporate office hoping to get some type of response. This treatment is unacceptable for the money we paid and the service we received.

We liked everything, going to the Opry was a breeze the transportation provided was great,and breakfast was wonderful! Staff was helpful and friendly.
The actual room was clean and comfortable. The employee at check-in was apathetic, the credit card machine did not work, and he kept explaining that "the Hilton" messed things like this up all the time. We did not get our expected cookies.

They were renovating, so I get it. I just expected a little more being that Hilton is in the name. The room was alright.

As you know our shuttle schedule had been disrupted by social distancing guidelines. We have just received our new and larger van which now can accommodate these distancing parameters. I apologize for not have this on your stay and thank you for sharing your important feedback.
