Sunny, Open & Spacious Private Carriage House in a peaceful neighborhood!

Inspired by Nashville's historic RCA Studio B, East Nash Studio B has a classic feel with a splash of music. One mile to trendy 5 Points district and 3 miles to Downtown gets you close to everything. This open and sunny contemporary apartment has a unique view into Tuff Camino Studios below! So whether you're a traveling troubadour looking for your muse, a dynamic duo needing some downtime, or traveling for work and needing a cool place to stay, East Nash Studio B will be music to your ears!

THE EAST NASH STUDIO B IS PERFECT FOR 2 GUESTS (queen size in the bedroom), but with the queen/full sleeper sofa (72x60 inches), an additional 1 or 2 guests can be accommodated for $20 per guest, per night. - Two adults on the sleeper sofa will be a bit cramped, but doable.

THIS IS NOT A PARTY PAD. We of course want you to have fun during your stay, but parties will not be tolerated. After all, this place is our personal property, our pride and joy, our labor of love! :)

East Nash Studio B is a one-bedroom, open floor plan, full-kitchen apartment. It is perched atop Tuff Camino Studios, a working music recording studio and what's cooler in Music City than a kitchen view straight into a recording studio?!? (don't worry, artists won't be booked during your stay). Please keep in mind that the space is only accessible by stairs.

You’ll have your own private entrance from the street with a unique to you key code for the front door. The small sitting area outside, in a delightfully shaded courtyard, is a fantastic way to begin or end your day. Enjoy the beautifully open floor plan and billions of windows!

You are welcome to play the acoustic guitar or hand drums, and you’ll find a small library of musicians’ autobiographies gracing the shelves. Check out that view through the window above the kitchen sink into the recording studio below, where we do indeed record artists! (but again, not during your stay)

There are hardwood floors throughout as well as a full size oven/range, a full size refrigerator (with ice maker), a toaster, a single serve Keurig with a variety of K-cups, (tea, creamer, sugar, sweeteners) and a washer and dryer. There is a 50” smart TV featuring local TV broadcast stations and most of the popular streaming apps, however you will need to use your own streaming accounts/credentials.

As someone who travels for work, special consideration was given to meet the very specific needs of a business traveller. A built-in desk with ample plugs, a comfortable working chair, bright, natural light and plenty of options for your zoom background.

This sunny and open space will feel like home, only better, because someone else will clean it for you! Speaking of cleaning, a walk-through video is done after each cleaning - please let us know of any issue as soon as you arrive.
