This is the second stay at 505 Church Street. I loved our loft apartment. My husband was jealous that this stay was a fancier room than we had the first time (this time I brought my niece). I love the safety, doormen and security cards at entrances and elevators. The only thing missing was a hot tub at the pool area. But who can complain. The amenities are spectacular

This place is top notch! Super clean! My Conley complaint was the almost $50 a night to park woth valet.. Other than that: well worth it !

We loved the view, the space, and the staff at the property. What we didn't like was the cost of valet and they couldn't even charge us correctly. The kitchen area in our room smelled like a dead rat or fish in the disposal. Worse smell I have encountered in my life. The front desk told me to report it here. We were in room 1111. The cleaning fee is a rip off. All we did was sleep, no kitchen mess or etc. It more than doubles the price of your stay. Unbelievable and it was not described to us before hand about the fee.

outstanding room.....great security and support from the staff, when needed.

Very clean, close to everything. Pool area was nice and right across from store and food

Very nice property. Took 20 minutes to get my luggage when I came back to retrieve later in the day. Nearly caused me to miss my flight... Also, I don't believe orbitz noted the $100 "cleaning" fee that was charged to my bill when I initially booked.

Great location. One of the best stayed at in Nashville!

The hotel was nice and in a great location, however they treat the hotel guests like second rate citizens. The hotel is actually shared with Nashville residents so you will not have a pleasant stay if you are expecting a hotel experience. They have 2-3 people at the pool harassing hotel guests if they sit on the wrong side of the pool. There is segregation of residents and hotel guests, but it is not clearly designated. Most of our stay there was not enough chairs for the hotel guests, while the resident chairs were very seldom used. In general, the pool is mismanaged. Guests services were not bad, however don't expect hotel quality or timeliness. Additionally, they tried to charge us for missing pots and pans because the inventory was not properly checked by the hotel staff before our stay. Taking inventory in not something a hotel guest should have to be worry about. We were extremely disappointed with this hotel and the rude treatment of hotel guests. For the price we paid, we should have been catered to in a 5-star manor but that was not our experience.

The place was clean, and bright, had a great view.... but it was was so modern that it was about as comfortable as a prison cell. The shower was really open... felt like it was a locker room. The bath linens were pretty thin (not upscale) and we needed to ask for more. The AC was either ON and freezing or OFF and kinda moist. Nice touches: Location, umbrellas, price.

Just a great property. Came to go to the Ryman. Easy walk. Will return.

Very nice stay. However our room was on the 6th floor below the gym. Early morning workouts were loud.
