There was no mention about the parking situation when I booked it showed parking on site. Cost me an extra 80$ for parking. There wasn’t even complementary water. We waited over an hour and 45 min at the rooftop restaurant for our food and when we went to the bar to order the bartender was drinking what appeared to be a shot of whiskey.

I honestly do not complete any reviews at all, but I LOVED this properly. The pool was BEAUTIFUL! The security at night and during the day is top tier. You need a keycard to get ANYWHERE and it makes me feel super safe. This hotel is a very short walk away from Bridgestone Arena and Broadway which are two very big landmarks for the area. The hotel inside is well upkeeped and maintained and the rooms were huge. ZERO COMPLAINTS.
