Fantastic Stay

Condo was spacious, very clean, with comfortable beds and updated style just right for Nashville. Great amenities, like shared space, gym, and pool. Easy 20 min walk to the heart of Broadway and lots of nearby restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Nashville Retreat

We loved the simple but fun decor of the place. You included everything we needed to make it enjoyable. Communication with the owners was easy and they responded quickly with any questions. Loved our stay with family and friends!

Condo was very clean and spacious. Kitchen was well equipped. Host was very responsive. It is about 10-15 min walk to main attractions.

Booking this apartment was seamless. The apartment building was super safe tons of codes to make sure no one can get in so I appreciate that.But apartment itself was just like the pictures and fit 8 people total. All the beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms super clean.One thing we worried about was our coffee intake lol but the lobby area makes coffee in the morning for free so took advantage of that since we hardly slept on this trip.Highly recommend

We had an incredible time! Was surprised with the amount of homeless around the property. Always felt safe though because all of the security locks on the building and the security guard staying in the lobby. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Nashville Stay!We had a fantastic experience at this property! The location was absolutely perfect—close to all of the neighborhoods we wanted to see and things we wanted to do in Nashville for a long girls weekend. The place itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt incredibly welcoming from the moment we walked in.What really set this place apart were the thoughtful touches and amenities. It was fully stocked with everything we needed, and then some. You can tell the hosts put a lot of care into making sure guests are comfortable and taken care of. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, well-maintained, and conveniently located place in Nashville!

Nashville Get-a-way!

We absolutely loved our stay in this Nashville condo. The space was spotlessly clean and well stocked, and the location couldn’t be better—we were close to everything and did plenty of walking to shops, restaurants, and local sights. The host went above and beyond by providing tons of recommendations for activities and dining, along with a great book of local tips, and the condo itself was well-stocked with everything we needed. Plus, the balcony was awesome—perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. Highly recommend!

3 nights with family

Place is very nice. Its located close enough to walk to Broadway but I would not walk alone especially if female. Large homeless population around here because of the shelter. We had no issues but were always multiple people together.

10 out of 10… It’s perfect!

This is an amazing property. Aesthetically speaking, it’s top tier. It’s luxurious, stylish, and modern. It was perfect. The location was conveniently close to everything. There were scooters available for quick trips to Broadway. Ride share waits were never longer than 2 minutes. Accessing the pool, gym, and lounge couldn’t have been easier being that they are all on the same floor as this property. The host is amazing. He responded to any inquiry extremely fast. He made sure our stay didn’t have a single hiccup from the time of our arrival until our departure. He really went above and beyond to make our stay exceptionally enjoyable.

Great for a girls trip!

We had a great time at the Hyve. The condo really is so nice. The beds are super comfortable, bathrooms are large and accommodating (plus have many amenities), and the kitchen has pretty much everything you need. The washer/dryer wasn't working while we were there so that made it difficult with the towels and the pool had something with the chemicals so we were warned by management to be careful going under water. We made the host aware of these issues, which are out of his control. The cleaning company failed to sweep the floors so we had to do that when we got in. As far as the location-be prepared to walk (or use the scooters) or take LYFT (not Uber) to get to Broadway. It's about a 20 minute walk. The surrounding neighborhood has many homeless people and a train that goes by frequently but also has a few great spots (Peg Leg BBQ, Ole Smokey, City Winery, Tennessee Brew Works) that you can walk to. We thought we would use the pool but honestly we did so much around town that we were only there for the first hours on day one. Our host was very accommodating and let us check in/out early and was very responsive to any messages/questions we had. Overall we had a great time!

Girlfriends Dream Getaway

This condo was a dream location for my girlfriends and I. Peyton and the owners were very responsive to any inquiry we may have had. The sheets were SUPER comfortable. If all Ready Set Vaca beds are this comfortable, I need to visit every location. They unit was fully stocked for the days we stayed in and cooked dinner and was just a short walk away from downtown and all the restaurants, bars, etc. A few trip highlights were. 1. Personalized Ready Set Vaca cups we were able to take to the pool with us. 2. Close proximity to bars, restaurants, coffee 3. Scooters readily available to rent if your feet are tired of waking (although we never used them) 4. An Uber/Lyft was never longer than a 5 minute wait 5. We were able to do a load of laundry at our convenience 6. Walking distance to The Listening Room - which was a trip highlight. 7. Many door dash / uber eats options 8. 12 South is adorable for shopping and dining. Try Fonda's for lunch. Delicious. A bit of advice: 1. The building requires 3 codes: 1 for exterior door and elevator; 1 for the pool and 1 for the unit. Our party made an image of the codes and put it as our lock screen. This way it was readily available to reference when needed. 2. We placed a Walmart and liquor store order upon arrival: coffee, water, etc. We lacked for nothing during our stay.
