Fantastic stay—highly recommend!This condo exceeded our expectations. The spacious living area and large patio were perfect for our group of seven to relax and spend time together—so much better than booking multiple hotel rooms.The unit was spotless, beautifully furnished, and the kitchen was impressively well-stocked with everything we needed. Sleeping arrangements were comfortable and worked well for our group.While it's near a homeless shelter (as noted in other reviews), we had no issues. We walked a bit but mostly used Uber. The location was great—close to the Gulch and Broadway.Communication with the host was excellent—quick and helpful responses throughout. Would absolutely stay here again!

Building and the unit were great! Very modern and clean, well furnished with everything needed in kitchen and baths. Deck view of city skyline is incredible. Host was extremely timely with responses and even worked with me to get a left item shipped back. Great place to stay if you are going to spend time in/around Broadway.

The penthouse is immaculate and very clean. The host was very nice and communicated in a timely manner. Checkin and out process very easy. We didn't get to use the pool but it looked very nice as well. There are some homeless people in the area but did not bother us. (across the street) You can walk easily to most places but we chose to use Uber/Lyft cheap prices. I would definitely stay here again.

This place is amazing! The condo is very clean. The balcony is awesome! We spent a lot of time out there. Beds are comfortable (very important to me). Perfect Stay

My two oldest sons live in downtown Nashville and they wanted me to bring down three of their nephews. I usually stay at the Conrad, but wanted something where we could all be together and quiet. This unit was perfect. I really appreciated that it was a quiet no party building. I will most likely use it again and highly recommend it!
