Sophisticated condo tucked a block away from bustling West End Avenue. Just two miles from downtown and a straight drive or walk (West End merges into Broadway). Less than a mile from Vanderbilt and beautiful Centennial Park. Sleeps 8.

This condo offers spacious accommodations for the whole family or traveling crew. 1,300 square feet all to yourselves. A generously sized living room features a pull out Queen sized memory foam bed sofa and a smart TV. Sit by the fireplace and enjoy the evening! The kitchen is loaded with modern stainless steel appliances. Eat with friends or family at the kitchen island or outside on the private deck. A convenient half bath is downstairs. Upstairs are two bedrooms with ample closet space and full en suite bathrooms for both bedrooms. Plush beds make this condo a great space to relax or recuperate after a day out in Nashville. We used to live in this property so you know its not some cramped rental apartment.


A quick stroll down a set of stairs brings guests to bustling West End Avenue, a throbbing artery running all the way to the heart of downtown Nashville. Just a half mile stroll from our property is Centennial Park and its cavernous lawns, scenic walking paths, and world famous full sized replica Parthenon. Italian restaurant Maggiano's is a 3 minute walk away and local favorites like BrickTop's and Redlands. More casual options abound as well with PF Chang's, Chipotle, and Taziki's. Also within easy walking distance is Three Brothers Coffee, a Starbucks, Maggie Moo's Ice Cream, and a liquor store. Stock up at the Kroger grocery store about a mile and a half from our condo. Our unit is conveniently located a long walk or very short drive from TriStar Centennial Medical Center, Ascension Saint Thomas Hospital, and the Vanderbilt Medical Center. It's not far to Elliston Place's restaurant community or Hillsboro Village's shopping haven. West End Court is tucked a block away from the main street up a hill so that noise won't intrude on your stay.

Perfect spot for small bachelor party!

I’ve never booked a VRBO before, but the whole process turned out to be incredibly simple. The property was clean, in a great area, and only a short drive to all the fun things Nashville has to offer!

We loved staying in this place. It was great to have a bathroom for Each bedroom. We comfortably had my daughter and husband And two little kids stay here. Loved the restaurants in this Area. A short drive to downtown was convenient as well. The owner was easy to reach when we had a small issue.

Comfortable for a quick stay.

Location was cozy and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the city with comfortable beds. Communication with owner was great. Our only issue was cleanliness. It seemed as though a quick clean had been done rather than a thorough one. The master bath looked as if it had not been cleaned as there was still a half used bar of soap and hair in the tub with dirty footprints on the floor. There was also still pieces of scotch tape on the walls of the living room and balloons tucked in hidden areas as if someone had party decorations up that were not all taken down.

Won't stay again.

While the property was clean, it was sparsely furnished compared to other properties we've stayed in. Very few linens in the bathrooms, and the kitchen was impossible to actually cook in based on dishes and tools provided. Not many places to actually sit and watch TV. There were 3 of us and that was the max for this property unless you brought seating in from the kitchen. Property owner didn't provide check in instructions until the day of check in which caused a bit of panic and heartburn on our end trying to reach her. There were plumbing issues that were certainly not her fault but slow drains in all the bathrooms were a problem. Suggest stocking the kitchen with some mixing bowls, cooking utensils, and more pots and pans. Also adding additional linens in the bathrooms and the kitchen. Add more comfortable seating.

Great property and perfect location for our visit! Property manager responded quickly as we had an issue with the door. Peaceful neighborhood. The house could use more seating in the living room and the kitchen chairs were a little unstable. Beds are very comfortable! Overall a great spot!!!

Love this VROB! The location was perfect for downtown fun but quiet living!! Perfect for dog walking

We had a great time!! Stayed there while kids were at a local camp!! Close to downtown and college town activities! House was comfortable and clean! Plenty of dog walking areas plus walkable dog park !! Close enough to everything but not too close!! Owner was very accessible and helpful!! Easy check in and out!!
