The Space:

This VRBO listing is two separate, full-size homes booked together side by side, with no shared walls and no shared rooms. Each family or group gets an entire house to themselves, then can gather on either rooftop whenever everyone wants to be together.



Home 1 is three stories with a king bed primary suite on the second floor, a queen bedroom on the third floor, and a third bedroom with 2 full beds and 2 twin beds, styled with a playful bunk-style build-out that kids love. It's the quieter of the two houses, good for nap times or a family that wants to step away from the group for a while.



Home 2 sleeps more, with a king bed plus 3 single beds on the second floor, then two more third-floor bedrooms holding 2 double beds and 2 single beds, and a queen plus a double. Between both houses that's 16 beds and 5 bathrooms total, enough room for grandparents, cousins, and teenagers to each have their own space.



Picture mornings with coffee in one kitchen, an afternoon exploring Broadway and The Gulch, then everyone meeting back on the rooftops under string lights for a grilled dinner before splitting off to their own house to wind down for the night.
