The Space:

This is a 4 bed/4 bath home in East Nashville. The master includes a king size bed with private balcony overlooking Nashville's skyline and huge master bath with oversized walk in shower, soaking tub w/ skyline views, heated floors and heated towels. Bedroom 2 features a queen over queen bunk with private bath. Bedroom 3 features a queen bed with a full bath. Bedroom 4 also features a queen bed with full bath. There is also a queen pull out in the downstairs living area and futon in the bonus room on the top level. All beds have memory foam mattresses.



The home also features a hot tub, gas BBQ grill, elevator access to all 4 levels, whole home surround sound (play audio from your phone or Pandora, 4 outdoor patio areas including the rooftop terrace with covered and uncovered access & a fire pit overlooking Nashville's beautiful skyline.



All properties are contactless checkin. Please be sure to arrive to checkin between 4pm & 8pm. If you do arrive later, you will still be able to checkin but may not have assistance if needed. Checkin time is always 4pm unless approved in writing by management. If you book through Airbnb and edit your checkin time to be earlier than 4pm, you will not be able to checkin until 4pm.



If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the whole home. Management will be available if needed.

We are located in trendy East Nashville. Just a cpl miles to downtown, this area is know for an assortment of restaurants, bars, and more! Be sure to check out 5 points while you're in the area!



Getting Around:

Uber & Lyft are always readily available. 2 car garage is also available for use.

- No pets allowed. We love pets, but unfortunately, they’re not allowed at this property. Please note that an unauthorized pet will result in a $500 fee.



- For reservations that are made through platforms other than Airbnb, and guest is entitled a refund, guest will be charged a 3% credit card processing fee that is deducted from their refund.
