Perfect spot if your planing an evening out on the town, VERY walkable, quiet and secure building/parking. I would have liked to receive checkout information earlier than 8am the morning of, we left by 7:30am and therefore didn’t follow certain checkout procedures. Please send earlier!

The property itself was nice, but the over booked our room and called about 2 hours before check in saying they had to move us to another property. So while still the Mint House, it was a 20 min Uber away which ended up costing us a bunch more because we couldn’t walk to Broadway where the rest of our party was staying. They also said they would clean our room first so we could check in early, but we never got a call. There is no front desk on site so there wasn’t anyone to ask. At 6pm I called and they said “oh yeah. It’s been ready for a couple hours.” The place was very clean and nice but the whole situation made it so I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

My experience with this hotel was very disappointing. The bathroom had visible mold, and the blinds in the living room would not close, compromising both comfort and privacy. On top of that, the check-in process was a nightmare, with significant issues in receiving the access code. I reached out to both the location and corporate regarding these concerns and received no response, which made the situation even more frustrating. I would not recommend this property until these issues are properly addressed.

Spacious apartment in downtown

The apartment was spotless and spacious. It was very quiet and comfortable. The bathroom looked brand new and was well-maintained. It had everything I needed for my stay and was walking distance to all of the downtown attractions. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff at the front were very pleasant, helpful, and made me feel like they wanted customers there. My room was showing a little wear. But when I contacted Mint House about my main concern, they had a maintenance person at my door in about 20 minutes to fix it. That was impressive.

406. Decent value. A couple blocks off the main fare. Not unsafe but wouldn’t walk late at night. Little things can take this to 4 stars. Clean window sills, invest in a decent shower head, a little more utensils and upgrade furniture a bit. Front staff was friendly and interesting environment being an old bank building?

Liked the room itself very much-very spacious and adequately stocked. Location is not ideal if you’re wanting to spend time on Broadway, but it did help us get our steps in! I thought $40/night parking was a bit high but very convenient. Had an issue with internet on their wi-fi but not sure why. Quiet area near the Capitol-never felt unsafe.

Excellent location. I stayed at this rental for four nights. It was a large apartment with a full kitchen. Concrete floors with two area rugs. Excellent friendly staff. The ice maker in the freezer did not work and I submitted a repair request, however, it was not fixed while I was there. Within walking distance of the arena and the bars area. Parking is $40 per night, which is competitive with other parking fees in the area. The check-in process was difficult, but an employee helped me since I did not receive check in information before I arrived.
