Helpful Staff

We stay here about every 4 weeks due to visits to the hospital and every stay is good. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Rooms are always clean. If I’ve ever had an issue it was addressed right away.

Convenient to Vandy & Belmont

Pinedale is a little dated, but the service is very good and they were very attentive to our requests. The parking was only $25 a month, which was very reasonable for Nashville.

Not sure how to feel about the stay

I’ll be honest it was a nice place and everything, but we got bit in the bed by something every night and we even asked them to change our sheets and they were very accommodating, but it didn’t stop from being bit up. I’ve got pictures of the votes, and believe me , that was not pleasant. I have no idea what it was biting us, we never could find it. We told them about it, but they just said oh sorry.

You have to pay $25 to park. Constantly out of things like swim towels. Room didn’t have soap in shower. We were missing towels for the room. Staff was nice, but it took a long time to get things. Breakfast was not very good.

Great location

Despite being overwhelmed with bookings, both the individuals manning the front desk went out of their way to be kind and helpful. Our second day was much smoother after the hotel received much needed supplies. Breakfast was great once it was stocked.

Showed up at 3pm to check in and the ladies working the front desk were extremely rude. Said they were overbooked and none of the rooms were ready yet. We had to wait an hour and a half before our room was available. The room wasn't stocked with towels and wash clothes once we got to it. There was a gentleman at the front desk that ended up waving our parking fee because of our wait though. He was probably the only friendly employee there that we spoke to.

Our stay was good, we actually came back on June 16th and stayed another night. We were there for doctors appointments both times and it makes it easier than driving the day of the appointments.

Initially, our room's air conditioning was not working. The staff was awesome in getting us a new room. Overall all we had a great stay, but there are just some things that needed updates - buttons in the elevators would get stuck, we had a broken towel hook in the bathroom, the sink and shower were not in great shape. Minor complaints though.
