Tenemos una hermosa casa de 4 habitaciones decorada profesionalmente en el altamente deseable vecindario de Gulch South en Nashville. Nuestra ubicación es ideal y se encuentra en una de las partes más deseables de Nashville. Restaurantes, cervecerías y vida nocturna están a poca distancia y a pocas cuadras de distancia. Cada habitación de esta casa tiene acceso a un baño en suite. Además de las 4 habitaciones, la sala de estar principal y la sala multimedia tienen sofás extraíbles para un total de 6 camas. La sala de prensa en el 3er piso tiene 1 cubierta de techo grande y dos cubiertas más pequeñas. Beautiful property. Very spacious and welcoming with plenty of amenities. The kitchen was great and had lots of coffee, spices, some leftover liquor, and a large number of plates and glassware. The location is walkable to Broadway and several restaurants. Highly recommend! Jennie was great to work with as well (property mgr).

This property was wonderful and in a perfect location. We were able to walk to many places and others were just a short ride away. The home is well stocked with just about anything you may need. We were a group of 5 and there was plenty of room to have our own space, its three levels with stairs. I'd highly recommend this home and we will definitely book this place again when we return!

We recently visited Nashville for a girlfriend’s trip. Gulch South was the perfect location and the condo fit our needs completely. Clean, spacious, and the rooftop lounge (10 stars!!), every amenity at our fingers tips. The beds were so comfortable, the house gave us privacy & time together in a quiet & safe neighborhood. We actually walked from the condo in to and around town every day. So many great things to see and do in Nashville. Thank you for sending us your Guide to Nashville hotspots (helped us with our daily activity planning). There is a Publix close (we walked), along with shopping, restaurants, parks that we visited on our way to Broadway, County Music Museum, Ryman Theatre, Johnny Cash Museum …. So much to do. Thank you for being an extremely kind and responsive host. We had the best time and if we can visit Nashville again, this condo will be our first stop!

Fun & fabulous!

We were here to celebrate our daughter’s 21st birthday! The house was perfect. Although initially it sounds like the house sleeps 12 comfortably… It actually sleeps 8 comfortably. 12 would include 2 on 2 different sofa beds.

Great gathering place for girls' reunion

The residence is very clean, well-lit, has everything you would need in the kitchen and the beds and pillows are super comfortable. The towels are so white they look brand new. The location is just a few blocks walk from The Gulch area so loads of restaurants close by.Also, there is a garage for the residence which we found particularly helpful to park our car overnight.

Family Christmas Get Away

We had a great time! The house is just as advertised- perfect for our family of 8. Kitchen well stocked. Nice to have a lot of trash bags, soap etc. Rooftop deck was amazing. Very short uber to Broadway. Loved this house!

Nashville Celebration

Spent a long weekend in Nashville celebrating a special birthday with family. The property was awesome and allowed us to enjoy the Nashville experience - great restaurants, bars and family fun.
