This 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo offers an easy, convenient home base in one of Nashville’s most desirable neighborhoods. The living area includes a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests, and the bedroom features a king bed with an ensuite bath for added privacy. Step outside to relax on the outdoor seating, and enjoy the convenience of in-unit laundry. You’ll also have dedicated garage parking for one vehicle, plus access to on-site community amenities including an outdoor pool and gym.
