Great stay. Very quiet neighborhood. Unit was clean and well kept. Liked all the little extras like coffee, filters, laundry detergent, shampoo and body wash. It’s wonderful not to have to go out and buy all those things when you get to your rental. Excellent communication with host. She made sure that we were satisfied when we checked in and during our stay.

The location was great! Very close to the places my family wanted to go to. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were as well. The pool was nice, but could get crowded at peak times. The only issue was the parking. Lots of people had double parked which meant my family had to park on the street. I communicated this to the property manager and she was quick to respond and told me she was going to reach out to the HOA. This didn’t ruin my stay at all, but I didn’t want it to affect others who might stay there. The property was accurate to the listing and was very clean. Instructions on check in/out were accurate. Would stay here again if I find myself in Nashville!

Perfect Location

The condo was centrally located to all of our activities. It took us no more than 20 minutes to get to our furthest destination. Our host was very responsive to our needs. The beds were very comfortable, even the bunk bed! Thanks for a memorable stay!

Spacious stay

This space was a great alternative to a cramped hotel. Our family of 5 was able to spread out and the rooms were perfect for our boys. We liked the modern feel and the guitar shaped pool. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook as well.
