The Loft was spacious yet cozy. We had everything we needed right from the start. It is within walking distance of just about everything…. The Ryman, Broadway, Bridgestone. The mgmt company was responsive and friendly.

If you want an amazing, central location and a cool city apartment, this is the place! Fantastic stay, very helpful and communicative host, super convenient having a Walgreens and The Cowboy Bar bar steps from the door and a great little grocery store at the end of the block and many great restaurants within blocks. Only 3 blocks from Broadway, Ryman auditorium, & Printers Alley. We had an amazing long Thanksgiving weekend with 3 adult children. We even made a basic Thanksgiving dinner at the apartment. 100% perfect for our needs. We absolutely recommend and would stay again! One warning: it is a 3 story walk up, 53 stairs straight up. This is not a property for anyone with mobility issues or someone who has a problem climbing a long, steep flight of stairs. We had no issues, but others might, so pay attention to their warning about the stairs! Also, 6 mature adults would've been a squeeze with the futon bed in the living room. There were 2 blow up beds in closets, but 6 adults might not sleep well. Kids would be ok. If you’re ok with a blow up bed, or are young and fresh in from a late night on Broadway, you’d be ok. If you’re sensitive to night time noise, bring a white noise machine, city noises can be loud in the primary and living room (reality of the city, not a negative on property) However, the middle room is the ultimate sleep cave with no windows!

We had an Amazing time in NasH! The Location of this space could not have been better to be in walking distance to All the Downtown attracts, restaurants, music, shopping etc Highly recommend if your looking for roomy, Clean place to stay. The renters were great to deal with and quick to respond to any questions we had from the day we booked, right through checkout.

Extreme minimalist environment. Concerns / issues mostly were quickly addressed by the lovely staff. Great location and literally a few blocks from broadway. Walkable location.which we loved. Quiet at night. Warning if you cant do the steps up to the unit - this place is not an option. We parked the car in the suggested lot and did not need ii the entire time. Used lyft to go to grand old opry about one half hour away. Enjoyed our time in Nashville.

Fantastic location in Nashville. We attended a conference at the Music City Center and found this unit very convenient to walk both to MCC and also all the downtown attractions.The unit was VERY clean and exceeded expectations. I would rent again if staying in Nashville.

The 53 stairs was not ideal. Didn’t like having to walk past the homeless shelter in the evening hours.

Just a short walk to Broadway. Never had to drive the entire trip. Be prepared for the steps to the third floor. Very clean with everything we needed for the stay.

The location is top notch. Literally two blocks away from Broadway. The loft is beautiful and spacious. Two good size room and two bathrooms. Master bathroom is huge with claw foot tub and shower. The shower doesn’t have any ledges so everything had to sit on the floor. Bed in the master was terrible. The slats under the mattress were loud and squeaky. You felt your partner every time they would breathe. The master also doesn’t have any black out curtains. The living room does and it is dark like a tomb. The master did not and by 530am it was full light. If you get to pick your room go for the second bedroom. Not much for supplies in the kitchen but we were hardly there. Since this was my first time in Nashville I want to give some guidance for other newbies. First the stairs to this loft are no jokes. It’s four flights straight up. This is mentions in this post so take warning. Second the parking is atrocious. For two days of parking it was 100 dollars. The on street parking in front of the loft was a max 10 hours. There is a parking lot around the corner that was easy to get to. The space was limited but it was a close walk. We would totally book this loft again. The location is perfect. We will probably not rent a car while in town due to the parking fees. Black out blinds in the master and I would upgrade to Excellent!

Easy walk to Printers Alley and Broadway

The property manager was wonderful and accommodating. The property was clean and there were treats available when we arrived. The stairs to the third floor will be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. For others, it will be an added benefit of doing your stairs workout. Great breakfast and coffee spots nearby. Would definitely stay there again.

The unit was very cool and comfortable. Very well appointed. Loved the water dispenser on fridge. Cool bath tubs and showers.The entrance to the location is subdued. Basically a door way next to a subway. And then it was a long flight to get up the 2 floors. But once inside it was perfect..The unit is located close to broadway and all the main downtown attractions. Short walks each day and night.Hosts were outstanding with their communication and flexibility.

Place was great! Perfect location just far enough from busy but not too far. The stairs!! Haha what a workout. Would have liked a dresser or a place to hang things in bedroom closest to kitchen. Or even a place to hang things in one of spare clclosets
